Hello...

Hi...
I’m Michelle Da Silva—a Montana momma raising three boys alongside my husband, Brett. I’m a real estate investor and project manager and designer with a passion for helping families, homeowners, and investors unlock the full potential of real estate through smart strategy, thoughtful design, and ethical partnerships.
I believe homes should work for the people who live in them, and that real estate should create true win-win outcomes—whether that’s helping sellers move forward with more money in their pocket, helping buyers build more equity and beauty in their perfect, more affordable home, or helping investors achieve strong, responsible returns. I bring creativity, organization, and heart into every project, focusing on the people, the value, transparency, and long-term impact.

Rooted in faith, family, and integrity, my work is guided by purpose, stewardship, and a commitment to doing things the right way so everybody wins.

My Story and Experience
My journey into real estate didn’t start with houses—it started with people, projects, and purpose.
It began with my desire to make things better. I'm passionate about developing growth and improvement opportunities and that's what I bring into all of my projects and relationships.

For over two decades (minus a few years off to raise children), I’ve worked in strategic leadership, operations, and project management roles across nonprofits, Christian media, education, and social services, leading complex initiatives that required strategy, integrity, and the ability to bring many moving parts together toward a common goal.

One of my most formative leadership roles was serving as Marketing Manager and Vice President of Ignite Spokane, a nonprofit organization that produced large-scale concerts and community events. In that role, I coordinated talent, volunteers, sponsors, budgets, timelines, marketing, and logistics, ensuring each event delivered value to everyone involved. These experiences sharpened my ability to manage high-pressure projects, steward resources wisely, and deliver results on a deadline.

For a number of years, I served in senior operations and quality assurance within a multi-state nonprofit organization that served adults with disabilities. I managed quality and compliance across 13 different contracts, working closely with leadership teams to develop operational systems and processes, as well as the quality assessments and improvement plans to meet strict certifications and contractual standards. I also helped oversee the implementation of two major software platforms, supporting both employment services and company-wide quality programs—experience that translates directly into process optimization, utilization of software to manage projects, and development of scalable business solutions. I also supervised teams in career services at this same non-profit, where collaboration, accountability, and ethical leadership weren’t optional—they were essential. These roles taught me how to lead people well, manage risk, and create systems that actually work in the real world.

In addition to nonprofit leadership, I spent some of my early years in Christian radio, where I built win-win partnerships between businesses, non-profit organizations, and the radio station. I developed strategic marketing campaigns, promotions, advertising, and events—helping business owners grow profits while increasing visibility and revenue for the station, as well as developing opportunities to highlight essential non-profit organizations in our community. That experience shaped how I approach real estate today: through strategic partnerships, creative problem-solving, and mutual benefit for everyone at the table.

Why Real Estate
As a child I helped my mom and dad design and build our family home. I also watched my dad fix and flip cars for a number of years, as an auto body repairman. And even prior to this we always had to buy our homes low and improve later. My dad had the skills to do much of the work on his own but man was it a lot of work. Since then, I've always known how to spot the good bargain, buy low and improve later, whether it was a $3 pair of jeans I bought on clearance at the Kmart or an old antique piece of furniture I could upcycle and make like new again. All of these experiences have formed my love for older homes, design, and creatively and strategically dreaming about the potential in an old item, home or vehicle and then bringing that dream into reality. Breathing new life into old homes and communities will be the journey of a lifetime for me and my clients (or new friends).
Real estate has become a natural next step for me—bringing together my childhood experiences as well as my passions, and professional career and educational experiences in project management, creating strategic partnerships, quality improvement, and new value creation. Through fix and flipping, or buyer-seller renovations, and investment-focused solutions, I help uncover opportunities others overlook and guide projects from idea to execution with clarity and care. I'm always the girl with a plan and I'm joining forces with licensed contractors who can put our strategic plans into action with quality and beautiful outcomes.

Whether working with homeowners, investors, contractors, or realtors, my approach is hands-on, organized, and relationship-driven. I believe the best deals aren’t just profitable—they’re ethical, transparent, and sustainable.
